¿Cuáles van a ser tus funciones?

  • Supervisar y gestionar la campaña asignada de manera eficiente y óptima, logrando alcanzar los objetivos de la campaña asignada.

  • Asegurar un agradable clima laboral y actuar con equidad y ética.

  • Responsable del cumplimiento de las metas presupuestadas para la campaña asignada a su cargo.

  • Responsable de sustentar semanalmente el avance de su campaña, así como el plan de trabajo a ejecutar para el logro de los objetivos propuestos.

  • Seguimiento al equipo a través de sesiones de feedback con objetivos claros, medibles y ejecutables.

  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las capacitaciones y el conocimiento de su equipo
  • Asegurarse de velar por la buena experiencia de los clientes, haciendo seguimiento al cumplimiento de la pauta de calidad.

  • Asegurar la eficiencia operativa en los tiempos de gestión.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos mínimos?

  • 1 a 3 Años de experiencia como Supervisor de Contact Center.

  • Buen manejo de liderazgo
  • Excel nivel intermedio, conocimientos de procesadores de pago.

  • Estudiante de últimos años o Bachiller en Administración, Informática, Ing.

    Industrial o afines.
