Labor

  • Verificar, transformar y
    comunicar las especificaciones del cliente a las áreas internas, asegurando su
    correcta interpretación, ejecución y seguimiento para el cumplimiento de los
    requerimientos establecidos por el cliente.

  • Gestionar la actualización en el
    sistema Winrest ante cambios en porcentajes de abordaje, inicio de nuevos
    ciclos, modificaciones de menú, generación de rótulos, loading plan y otros
    requerimientos solicitados por el cliente.

  • Asegurar, en coordinación con las
    áreas de Planeamiento y Producción, que todos los servicios cuenten con
    recetas, procedimientos y declaración de alérgenos actualizados.

  • Dar seguimiento a la gestión de
    ítems del Depósito de Material Aeronáutico, así como la identificación y
    comunicación de ítems críticos, contingencias o reemplazos tanto al cliente
    como a las áreas internas.

  • Asistir a presentaciones de menú,
    proponiendo de manera proactiva recomendaciones de mejora basadas en estándares
    de calidad, viabilidad operativa y preferencia del cliente.

  • Brindar soporte a la Jefatura de
    Servicio al Cliente en la gestión de comentarios del cliente, asegurando la
    emisión, investigación y respuesta oportuna, e implementando acciones
    correctivas ante no conformidades detectadas.

  • Realizar auditorías comerciales y
    de cercanía al cliente durante la atención en rampa, recopilando comentarios de
    tripulación y personal de estación, y manteniendo una comunicación fluida con
    estos actores clave.

  • Dar soporte en la actualización y
    mejora continua de la base de datos y herramientas de Business Intelligence
    (BI) relacionadas a nivel de ventas y servicios.

  • Apoyar actividades comerciales y
    operativas orientadas a la satisfacción del cliente y desarrollo de nuevos
    negocios, tales como presentaciones, chef tables, visitas, toma de tiempos y
    otras iniciativas.

    Brindar apoyo en las actividades que su inmediato superior
    le asigne
  • Perfil

  • Egresados universitarios o técnicos de carreras de Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Hotelería y Turismo o afines.

  • Experiencia deseable de 6 meses en servicio directo con clientes o atención en cadena de restaurantes y/o hoteles.

  • Profesional con habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente.

  • Residir en provincias aledañas a Moquegua.

  • Disponibilidad para laborar en campamento minero.

  • Disponibilidad para laborar bajo régimen de 14x7.
