SUPERVISOR DE OPERACIONES CALL CENTER

FUNCIONES:

  • Conocer los objetivos de los programas y verifica el cumplimiento de los mismos.

  • Establece recursos y verifica el cumplimiento de los objetivos del servicio
  • Absuelve consultas de los agentes con rapidez y precisión.

  • Retroalimenta efectivamente al equipo a su cargo.

  • Analiza los resultados del grupo
  • Ejecuta planes de acción según lo encargado
  • Utiliza sistemas de premios y sanciones
  • Cumple los objetivos personales de gestión
  • Difunde las normativas y políticas de la organización en el personal a su cargo.

  • Promueve un adecuado clima laboral.

  • Promover el cumplimiento del reglamento de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y políticas de la empresa.

  • Asegurar que el personal a su cargo cumpla con las políticas y procesos definidos por la organización.

  • Cumplir con las políticas y lineamientos definidos.

HORARIO:

  • De 12pm a 9pm de lunes a domingo con descanso rotativo.

REQUISITOS:

  • Contar con estudios universitarios o técnicos completa en curso o trunco en administración, ingeniería industrial, comunicación o afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año como supervisor en Call Center de preferencia.

  • Manejo de indicadores.

  • Conocimiento y dominio de EXCEL (indispensable)
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma Presencial en Lince.
