Importante empresa del sector Financiero se encuentra en búsqueda de un Supervisor de Gestión de la Experiencia del Cliente.

Responsabilidades

Gestionar y poner en marcha acciones estratégicas enfocadas en optimizar la experiencia global del cliente en cada uno de sus puntos de interacción con la organización.

Responsabilidades del Rol:

  • Diseñar y ejecutar iniciativas
    orientadas a enriquecer la experiencia del cliente en puntos de contacto físicos y digitales.

  • Evaluar indicadores de satisfacción
    para detectar áreas de oportunidad y proponer acciones de mejora.

  • Coordinar con equipos internos
    para perfeccionar procesos y optimizar los flujos de atención al cliente.

  • Impulsar proyectos de innovación y mejora continua
    , alineados con las percepciones y necesidades del cliente (VoC).

  • Generar reportes analíticos y presentaciones ejecutivas
    con hallazgos clave y recomendaciones estratégicas.

  • Formar y acompañar al equipo de atención
    , promoviendo prácticas centradas en el cliente.

  • Liderar iniciativas de cultura organizacional
    con enfoque en la experiencia del cliente.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación universitaria en carreras de Ing.

    Industrial, Administración o afines.

  • Manejo de SQL intermedio/avanzado (será evaluado).

  • Experiencia conduciendo proyectos enfocados en la mejora de la percepción y satisfacción del cliente.

  • Manejo de herramientas de medición de experiencia (NPS, encuestas, dashboards, CRM).
