supervisor - contact center Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring Evaluar

Solicitamos 01 Supervisor para nuestro Contact Center - Remoto.

Requisitos de la posición

  • Bachiller y/o Titulado de la carrera profesional de Administración, Comunicaciones, Marketing o afines.

  • Contar con experiencia mayor a 2 años (Deseable).

  • Manejo de plataformas de call center y mensajería masiva (deseable).

  • Office a nivel Intermedio (Indispensable).

  • Buena redacción y ortografía (Indispensable).

Principales desafíos

  • Distribuir la meta de *ventas y controlar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de recaudación, captación y conversión diaria, semanal y mensual.

  • Capacitar y dar soporte a los teleoperadores de *venta a su cargo.

  • Definir los KPIs de medición y elaborar los informes de *ventas.

  • Supervisar las actividades diarias del equipo de ventas, asegurando que sigan los procedimientos.

  • Coordinar la asignación de tareas y responsabilidades dentro del equipo para maximizar la eficiencia.

  • Realizar un seguimiento constante de la efectividad de las campañas, identificando oportunidades de mejora.

  • Identificar las necesidades de capacitación del equipo.

  • Proveer entrenamiento específico en técnicas de ventas, manejo de objeciones y cierre de ventas.

  • Analizar, evaluar y generar reporte de desempeño de Teleoperadores para el Coordinador de Contact Center.

  • Orientar a Teleoperadores en la resolución de conflictos especiales y gestión de relaciones con los clientes.

  • Otras funciones que le asigne el(la) Coordinador(a) de Contact Center.
