  • Liderar la gestión de talento en la compañía, desarrollando una cultura sólida, eficiente que permita alcanzar los objetivos organizacionales de la empresa y del grupo.
  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de gestión humana alineadas con los objetivos de la organización.
  • Supervisar y garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de relaciones laborales dentro del marco legal vigente.
  • Gestionar y optimizar los procesos de reclutamiento, selección e incorporación de talento.
  • Promover planes de desarrollo y capacitación para fortalecer el desempeño del personal.
  • Supervisar la administración de compensaciones y beneficios, asegurando su equidad interna y competitividad externa.
  • Desarrollar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) para medir la efectividad de las estrategias de RRHH.
  • Liderar iniciativas de cambio organizacional para mejorar la cultura empresarial.
  • Coordinar con las distintas áreas de la organización para garantizar la alineación de los objetivos de RRHH con los estratégicos.

    El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

  • Formación profesional en Administración, Psicología, Recursos Humanos o carreras afines.
  • Conocimientos en legislación laboral peruana.
  • Experiencia en el sector industrial, liderando equipos administrativos y atendiendo a personal obrero.
  • Experiencia aproximada de años en gestión de procesos de recursos humanos, siendo los últimos 4 liderando y siendo responsable de la gestión humana.
  • Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas aplicadas a recursos humanos.
  • Estudios de Postgrado en gestión humana.
  • Indispensable la experiencia del liderazgo con el ejemplo.
