Propósito del Rol:
Realizar el análisis de inteligencia de mercado para mejorar y optimizar las decisiones comerciales.

Así mismo gestionar la totalidad de información de venta para el país para sugerir estrategias comerciales.

Administrar de manera correcta los procesos de venta y CRM comercial.

Responsabilidades:

  • Responsable de la elaboración, implementación y desarrollo de los programas de reconocimiento para la fuerza de ventas.

  • Responsable de la elaboración del presupuesto comercial.

  • Responsable de calcular las comisiones e incentivos de todos los canales de venta, a su vez de garantizar el cumplimiento de la política de comisiones.

  • Responsable del proceso de establecimiento de objetivos mensuales.

  • Responsable de administrar el CRM y de la calidad de la data.

  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora y realizar otros reportes o tareas solicitadas por el Supervisor o la Gerencia Comercial.

  • Responsable de medir, interpretar y preparar reportes de los KPIs a todo nivel en presentaciones efectivas para la Gerencia Comercial.

  • Responsable de la evaluación, implementación, administración y control de modelos de Compensación.

  • Responsable de gestionar fuentes externas (SUNAT, Adex Datatrade, etc) para proveer conclusiones y sugerencias del comportamiento del mercado y la industria.

  • Responsable de la Inteligencia de negocios para sugerir estrategias comerciales.

  • Identificar nuevas fuentes de negocio a trabajar con el equipo comercial.

  • Responsable de realizar el control diario de la venta del mes en curso y de realizar proyecciones (forecast) de cierre de mes.

  • Cumplir con lo establecido en los programas, manuales, procedimientos e instrucciones de ventas

Requisitos
:

  • Bachiller en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Estadística, Matemáticas, Administración o carreras afines.

  • Conocimientos en Analitycs, Modelos Predictivos y manejo de base de datos.

  • Entre 2 a 4 años de experiencia en funciones afines.

  • Excel y Power BI a nivel avanzado.

  • Phyton a nivel intermedio.

Requisitos
:

  • Bachiller en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Estadística, Matemáticas, Administración o carreras afines.
