Soporte Técnico – Mesa de Ayuda Job Opening In Santiago de Surco – Now Hiring WORFEX


Job description

Soporte Técnico – Mesa de Ayuda (On-site, Lima)

Funciones:
Brindar soporte técnico de primer y segundo nivel a usuarios finales, resolviendo incidencias y requerimientos de hardware, software y ecosistema Microsoft.

Atender tickets vía mesa de ayuda, escalar incidencias según niveles definidos y asegurar la continuidad operativa de equipos y aplicaciones.

Configuración de equipos nuevos, despliegue de imágenes, soporte en Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) y redes básicas (Wi-Fi, VPN, impresoras en red).

Requisitos:

  • Técnico o egresado universitario en Computación, Ingeniería de Sistemas o afines.

  • 1 a 2 años de experiencia en soporte de microinformática o mesa de ayuda.

  • Conocimientos en Windows 7/10/11, Microsoft 365, herramientas de mesa de ayuda y redes básicas.

Modalidad: Presencial – Oficinas en Lima
Horario: Lunes a viernes, 8:00 am a 6:00 pm
Inicio: Desde el 08/09 (posibilidad de ingreso antes)

Tipo de puesto: Temporal
Duración del contrato: 1 mes

Sueldo: S/.1, S/.1,200.00 al mes
