Analista de Soporte N2 - Remoto

Funciones:

Análisis y revisión de Incidentes

Debug Código Fuente de Aplicación

Análisis de Stored Procedures, Funciones en SQL

Ejecución de Scripts DML en SQL, ORACLE, MongoDB

Requisitos Técnicos:

  1. Conocimientos Técnicos Intermedios:

  2. Experiencia con sistemas operativos (Windows).

  3. Experiencia con herramientas de monitoreo y gestión de tickets.

  4. Experiencia en Soporte:

  5. Entre 2 a 4 años de experiencia en un rol similar

  6. Experiencia en resolución de problemas técnicos complejos.

  7. Conocimiento de Bases de Datos:

  8. Experiencia trabajando con T-SQL y la capacidad de ejecutar consultas básicas para la resolución de problemas.

  9. Experiencia trabajando con MongoDB

  10. Experiencia o conocimiento de Base de Datos Oracle

  11. Conocimiento y manejo de .NET Framework - C#

  12. Conocimientos en Virtualización y Servicios en la Nube:

  13. Familiaridad con servicios en la nube (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Habilidades de Comunicación:

  • Capacidad para explicar problemas técnicos y soluciones a usuarios no técnicos.

  • Buenas habilidades de redacción para documentar problemas y soluciones.

Trabajo en Equipo:

  • Capacidad para colaborar con equipos de Nivel 1 y Nivel 3, así como con otros departamentos.

Resolución de Problemas:

  • Habilidad para diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos de manera eficiente y efectiva.

  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y manejar múltiples incidencias simultáneamente.
