Service Operations Agent Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring TRAVELCAB

La persona en este puesto es responsable de
asegurar una atención eficiente, empática y oportuna
a todas las solicitudes y reclamos de los socios comerciales, consumidores finales y usuarios de la aplicación.

Su rol es fundamental porque actúa como
primer punto de contacto con la empresa
, representando la marca con cortesía, profesionalismo y rapidez en la resolución de problemas.

Además, tiene la responsabilidad de
registrar y dar seguimiento a cada interacción
a través de los canales oficiales de comunicación definidos por la empresa, garantizando trazabilidad y transparencia.

Asimismo, debe
reportar de manera clara y detallada los incidentes técnicos al área de TI
, contribuyendo a la mejora continua del sistema.

Este puesto ocupa un lugar estratégico en la empresa, ya que
conecta a las áreas operativas, comerciales y técnicas con la experiencia del cliente
, siendo clave para la reputación de la marca y la fidelización de los usuarios.

Responsabilidades principales

  1. Atender y resolver con prontitud solicitudes y reclamos de socios comerciales, consumidores y usuarios del servicio.

  2. Registrar cada caso en los sistemas o canales de comunicación oficiales definidos por la empresa.

  3. Mantener una actitud de
    cortesía, escucha activa y orientación a la solución
    en todas las interacciones.

  4. Representar a la marca de manera profesional, transmitiendo confianza y compromiso en la atención.

  5. Elaborar reportes claros, escritos y detallados sobre incidentes técnicos y comunicarlos al área de TI.

  6. Colaborar con otras áreas (operaciones, TI, comercial) para garantizar la resolución integral de los problemas reportados.

  7. Identificar patrones o problemas recurrentes y proponer mejoras en los procesos de atención y en el funcionamiento de la aplicación.

Requisitos

  • Formación
    : Estudios universitarios en administración, comunicación, ingeniería industrial o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia
    : Al menos 3 años en atención al cliente, soporte técnico o gestión de reclamos.

    Experiencia en sectores de servicios, tecnología o call center es un plus.

  • Habilidades técnicas
    : Manejo intermedio de herramientas digitales (CRM, plataformas de tickets, ofimática).

  • Aptitudes clave
    :
  • Comunicación clara, tanto oral como escrita.

  • Capacidad de escucha activa y empatía.

  • Orientación a la solución y pensamiento crítico.

  • Organización y atención al detalle en el registro de información.
