Service Manager Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring Confidential

Buscamos un
Service Manager
, quien formará parte del equipo responsable del proceso de transformación digital, permitiendo canalizar efectivamente las necesidades, creando sinergia y orientando sus acciones a la obtención de resultados a través de su experiencia, conocimientos y habilidades.

Formación Académica:

  • Bachiller o titulado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Administración o afines.

Experiencia:

  • Mínimo 3 a 5 años de experiencia en gestión de servicios de TI, preferentemente en empresas de outsourcing.

  • Experiencia demostrable gestionando equipos de soporte o desarrollo en clientes del sector bancario.

  • Conocimiento en gestión de incidencias, métricas operativas y reportes ejecutivos.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar y supervisar la atención de incidencias y requerimientos, asegurando su resolución dentro de los plazos establecidos.

  • Liderar los planes de trabajo en relación con la satisfacción del cliente.

  • Gestionar los procesos de renovación de servicio y capacitación de los colaboradores.

  • Realizar control y seguimiento de horas de servicio, validando el cumplimiento de SLA y métricas operativas.

  • Participar en reuniones diarias y periódicas con clientes, principalmente del sector bancario, presentando avances, métricas y planes de acción.

  • Coordinar la gestión operativa de los equipos asignados en modalidad outsourcing, asegurando la correcta ejecución de las tareas y la calidad del servicio.

  • Controlar ausencias, rotaciones y reemplazos de personal para garantizar la continuidad del servicio.

  • Elaborar reportes de gestión, indicadores de desempeño y planes de mejora continua.

  • Promover la satisfacción del cliente mediante una gestión proactiva y la identificación de oportunidades de mejora en los servicios prestados.

Conocimientos y habilidades:

  • ITIL Foundation (deseable).

  • Dominio de herramientas de gestión de incidencias y monitoreo de servicios.

  • Capacidad de análisis, liderazgo y organización.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y manejo de clientes corporativos.

  • Orientación a resultados y trabajo bajo presión.
