1.

SUPERVISOR DE CALL CENTER – VENTAS
*Funciones Principales: *

  • Liderar y motivar al equipo de asesores de ventas.

  • Supervisar la gestión diaria, cumplimiento de metas y calidad en las llamadas.

  • Elaborar reportes de productividad, indicadores de conversión y contactabilidad.

  • Brindar acompañamiento, coaching y retroalimentación constante.

  • Implementar estrategias de mejora en el rendimiento del equipo.

*Requisitos: *

  • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses como supervisor o coordinador de ventas en call center.

  • Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y orientar al logro de objetivos.

  • Conocimiento en indicadores de gestión y control de equipos.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajo presencial en Lima Sur.


Sueldo:
A convenir según experiencia + bonos por cumplimiento.

CAPACITADOR DE CALL CENTER
*Funciones Principales: *

  • Dictar capacitaciones de inducción, producto, técnicas de venta y manejo de objeciones.

  • Diseñar materiales dinámicos y metodologías prácticas para nuevos ingresos.

  • Evaluar el desempeño de los participantes y realizar seguimiento post capacitación.

  • Coordinar con supervisores y analistas para reforzar habilidades detectadas.

  • Fomentar la motivación, compromiso y crecimiento del personal.

*Requisitos: *

  • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses como capacitador en call center o ventas telefónicas.

  • Excelente comunicación, empatía y liderazgo de grupo.

  • Conocimiento de técnicas de venta, cierres efectivos y manejo de objeciones.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajo presencial.


Sueldo:
A convenir + incentivos por desempeño.

ANALISTA DE BASE DE DATOS – CALL CENTER
*Funciones Principales: *

  • Administrar, actualizar y segmentar la base de datos de clientes.

  • Controlar la asignación de leads y generar reportes de contactabilidad.

  • Elaborar informes diarios y semanales de productividad y resultados.

  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora en la información y gestión comercial.

  • Brindar soporte al área de supervisión y dirección operativa.

*Requisitos: *

  • Experiencia previa en análisis de datos o soporte administrativo.

  • Manejo de Excel intermedio o avanzado (tablas dinámicas, filtros, fórmulas).

  • Capacidad analítica, organización y atención al detalle.

  • Proactividad y confidencialidad en el manejo de la información.

A convenir según experiencia.
