As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be on the front lines, turning warm leads into meaningful conversations, confirmed event attendees, and active community members.

Your role directly contributes to our bold goal: Two million active members by 2034.

  • Start Date: October 2025
  • Salary Range: €1,800 – €2,400/month (40h/week)
  • Vacation: 23 paid days, plus public holidays

SAWOO is a fast-growing, international company based in Munich, with a 20+ person remote-first team and a growing on-site hub in Pristina.

We build and run exclusive peer-to-peer communities for senior executives from consulting firm Partners to CHROs of major enterprises.

Your tasks


You'll be the bridge between interest and action, responsible for turning warm prospects into engaged members or sponsor leads.

General:

  • Respond to all inbound messages (LinkedIn, E-Mail) <2h for urgent, <24h standard
  • Track and update all lead data in our CRM
  • Report weekly KPIs to Demand Gen Team Lead and CEO
  • Continuously improve scripts, flows, and processes

Before Events:

  • Call every signup to confirm attendance and maximize show-up rate
  • Contact 100% of signups within one week before each event
  • Send invites, reminders, and pre-event instructions

After Events:

  • Follow up to convert attendees into memberships, meetings, or next steps
  • Flag strong or weak-fit leads in the CRM
  • Share insights with the team to help sharpen strategy

  • Fully onboarded and calling with confidence
  • 60%+ conversion rate

Your profile


You are:

  • Based in Pristina and available on-site, Mon–Fri between 08:00–17:00
  • Fluent in German and English (C1+) — spoken and written
  • A confident, clear, and natural caller
  • Energized by targets, KPI tracking, and clear responsibilities
  • Organized and structured, you don't drop balls
  • A fast responder who owns follow-ups and updates
  • Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn, Google Suite, and HubSpot
  • Open to traveling abroad 3-6× per year for team meetups

Bonus:

  • Past SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Customer Success experience
