Job description

El Representante de soporte al cliente será clave en la atención brindada a los Distribuidores y Clientes Preferentes.

Esta posición será responsable de gestionar interacciones a través de canales remotos como llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos y chat, brindando asistencia y orientación conforme a las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, incluyendo, pero no limitado al plan de ventas y mercadeo.

También será responsable de apoyar los procesos y procedimientos de servicios al miembro que, por su naturaleza, deben gestionarse localmente, como el envío de reconocimientos y premios.

Esta posición será fundamental para atender y resolver cualquier requerimiento o queja que deba resolverse a nivel local, manteniendo comunicación con los departamentos locales de Ventas, Mercadotecnia, Eventos y/o Operaciones.

Responsabilidades:

  • Envío de reconocimientos y premios
  • Soporte a ATS y pedidos pendientes (Back Orders)
  • Brindar asistencia a Distribuidores sobre dudas específicas del plan de mercadeo, pagos, facturas, a través de canales remotos (teléfono, correo electrónico, chat)
  • Apoyo en actualizaciones de sistemas, pruebas UAT, incrementos de precios
  • Apoyo presencial en eventos especiales y ocasionales, en registro y/o mesa de ayuda
  • Apoyo al MRM del país para atender requerimientos de Distribuidores o Clientes Preferentes relacionados con registros, operaciones, productos, plan de mercadeo, sucesión de membresía, calificaciones, eventos y promociones

Perfil Requerido:

  • Nivel Secundaria concluido o equivalente (Deseable Licenciatura)
  • Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Capacidad para colaborar con áreas multifuncionales (Ventas Regionales, Mercadotecnia Regional, Operaciones Regionales)
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en atención al cliente
  • Dominio del español hablado y escrito (inglés altamente recomendable)
  • Personalidad agradable con excelentes habilidades interpersonales.

  • Capacidad para brindar servicio al cliente y resolver problemas de forma autónoma bajo las directrices de la empresa.

  • Proactividad, atención al detalle y fuerte iniciativa.
