Job description

PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO

Apoyar al Departamento de Compras en la adquisición oportuna y competitiva de materiales y servicios para proyectos de construcción e instalaciones (eléctricas, HVAC, MEP y estructuras), garantizando trazabilidad documental, cumplimiento de procesos y coordinación interáreas.
No se requiere experiencia previa
; tendrás tutoría directa del Responsable de Compras.

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES

  • Preparar y lanzar
    RFQ
    a proveedores/subcontratas: consolidar requerimientos, enviar solicitudes y hacer seguimiento de ofertas.

  • Armar
    comparativos técnico-económicos
    (precio, plazos, Incoterms, garantías, alcance/exclusiones) y recomendaciones de adjudicación.

  • Mantener y depurar la
    base de datos de proveedores
    : altas, homologación documental (certificados, HSE, QA/QC) y actualización de listas.

  • Registrar
    solicitudes de compra
    y dar soporte en la emisión de
    PO
    en ERP; asegurar archivo ordenado en SharePoint/OneDrive.

  • Coordinar con
    Ingeniería, Obra, Calidad y Finanzas
    para aclaraciones técnicas, plazos, entregas y cash-flow.

  • Apoyar en
    logística y seguimiento
    : fechas de fabricación y despacho, albaranes/guías, recepción en obra y cierre documental.

  • Elaborar
    tableros de control
    de RFQ/PO (estado, ahorros, OTD, incidencias) y reportes breves de avance.

REQUISITOS

  • Egresado(a)
    de Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica o afines (prácticas pre/profesionales o primer empleo).

  • Excel
    intermedio (tablas, filtros, fórmulas básicas; deseable Power Query).

  • Lectura básica de planos/especificaciones y afinidad por datos y procesos.

  • Comunicación clara, orden, atención al detalle y actitud proactiva para aprender negociación y contratos.

  • Inglés
    intermedio deseable (B1–B2) para lectura técnica y correos.

SE VALORARÁ

  • Conocimientos de
    Incoterms
    , nociones de
    ERP
    (SAP B1/Business Central u otro) y
    Power BI
    .

  • Experiencia académica o prácticas en compras, logística o planificación.

  • Conocimiento básico de
    IGV/detracción
    (Perú) o
    IVA/RE
    (España), según sede.

  • Modalidad:
    prácticas pre/profesionales o contrato junior (según perfil).

    con mentor, guía de procesos y rotación breve por Ingeniería/Almacén.

  • Formación
    en RFQ/RFP, comparativos, Incoterms, ERP, KPIs y buenas prácticas de contratación.

  • Crecimiento
    a Analista/Asistente de Compras según desempeño.

KPI's de éxito (primer trimestre)

  • 100% de RFQ con trazabilidad completa y comparativo adjunto.

  • Lead time interno
    de RFQ estándar ≤
    48 h
    (desde requerimiento hasta envío).

  • Vendor list
    actualizada con
    ≥3
    alternativas válidas por familia prioritaria.

  • Cero no conformidades en auditoría documental de Compras.
