Job description

To manage and develop B2B business in the Peruvian market through operators, system integrators, and the SMB channel, driving strategic projects, building long-term relationships, and ensuring TP-LINK's commercial objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify, prospect, and manage new B2B IT clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.

  2. Drive B2B IT business development across SMB and Enterprise clients in the Peruvian market.

  3. Act as a trusted advisor capable of leading end-to-end project engagements with customers and internal teams (sales, services, product).

  4. Visit channel partners to detect opportunities and support project development.

  5. Collaborate with sales teams to scope and technically evaluate new business opportunities, proactively highlighting and articulating the value proposition.

  6. Partner with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical sales support.

  7. Coordinate customer pre-sales activities and define technical requirements.

  8. Present and demonstrate proposed solutions to key customer stakeholders for validation and buy-in.

  9. Work closely with Distributors, System Integrators, and End Users to identify opportunities.

  10. Visit System integrators customers to participate in SMB projects.

  11. Support the direct manager with additional channel-related matters.

  12. Be available to travel domestically within Peru up to 30% of the time.

  13. Work closely with internal team such as Marketing, Operation and Product.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a related position, with a client portfolio in the SMB networking segment or proven experience in this channel.

  2. Preferred background in the IT sector: carriers, distributors, SMB, operators, or related companies.

  3. Solid commercial and technical knowledge of Enterprise switches, Access Points, Routers, SDN architecture, and a comprehensive understanding of campus networking solutions.

  4. Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electronic engineering, or telecommunications (preferred).

  5. Advanced English proficiency.

  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  7. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

  8. Have a clear understanding of Forecast-Pipeline and at the same time be aligned with quota-based targets following the FY targets or the company.
