To manage and develop B2B business in the Peruvian market through operators, system integrators, and the SMB channel, driving strategic projects, building long-term relationships, and ensuring TP-LINK's commercial objectives are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and manage new B2B IT clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Drive B2B IT business development across SMB and Enterprise clients in the Peruvian market.
- Act as a trusted advisor capable of leading end-to-end project engagements with customers and internal teams (sales, services, product).
- Visit channel partners to detect opportunities and support project development.
- Collaborate with sales teams to scope and technically evaluate new business opportunities, proactively highlighting and articulating the value proposition.
- Partner with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical sales support.
- Coordinate customer pre-sales activities and define technical requirements.
- Present and demonstrate proposed solutions to key customer stakeholders for validation and buy-in.
- Work closely with Distributors, System Integrators, and End Users to identify opportunities.
- Visit System integrators customers to participate in SMB projects.
- Support the direct manager with additional channel-related matters.
- Be available to travel domestically within Peru up to 30% of the time.
- Work closely with internal team such as Marketing, Operation and Product.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related position, with a client portfolio in the SMB networking segment or proven experience in this channel.
- Preferred background in the IT sector: carriers, distributors, SMB, operators, or related companies.
- Solid commercial and technical knowledge of Enterprise switches, Access Points, Routers, SDN architecture, and a comprehensive understanding of campus networking solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electronic engineering, or telecommunications (preferred).
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Have a clear understanding of Forecast-Pipeline and at the same time be aligned with quota-based targets following the FY targets or the company.
