Jefe de Vinculación de Clientes y CRM
para cumplir nuestro gran sueño de servir a 2 millones de personas al 2026.

¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?

  • Definir y actualizar modelos de segmentación que permitan personalizar campañas, servicios y ofertas.

  • Planificar, ejecutar y dar seguimiento a campañas de marketing relacional y fidelización en diferentes canales (email, SMS, app, web, call center).

  • Liderar la evaluación de resultados de los indicadores como tasa de retención, churn, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Net Promoter Score (NPS) y efectividad de campañas.

  • Liderar y mantener el gobierno de los flujos de experiencia del cliente (journeys) así como velar porque los puntos de interacción sean óptimos y adecuados.

  • Participar en el diseñar de programas de lealtad, beneficios y cross selling que aumenten la permanencia y el valor del cliente.

  • Coordinar con las áreas de Marketing, Ventas, Servicio al Cliente y Canales Digitales el alineamiento de tácticas de contacto y garantizar una experiencia omnicanal coherente.

  • Velar por la calidad, consistencia y actualización de la data de clientes, garantizando su uso ético y en cumplimiento normativo.

  • Aplicar técnicas de segmentación y modelado de clientes (RFM, scoring, perfiles de consumo) para identificar patrones y oportunidades.

  • Implementar análisis predictivos (churn, propensión de compra, valor de cliente) para anticipar comportamientos y orientar acciones de negocio.

  • Garantizar que el manejo de datos de clientes cumpla con políticas internas, leyes de protección de datos personales y mejores prácticas de seguridad.

Requisitos

  • Bachiller en Ing.

    Industrial, Sistemas, Administración, Psicología, Sociología o afines.

  • Deseable Diplomado o Especialización en temas afines al área de procesos, metodologías ágiles, Transformación Cultural.

  • 5 años de experiencia en posiciones afines.

    Al menos 2 años liderando equipos con funciones similares en relacionamiento con clientes y/o CRM, de preferencia en el sector financiero.
