para asegurar
adopción temprana, retención y expansión

Responsabilidades

  • Onboarding 0–30 días:
    definir objetivos, plan de implementación y llevar a valor obtenido rápido.

  • Adopción & Retención:
    monitorear health, anticipar riesgo de churn y activar playbooks de recuperación.

  • Soporte con SLA:
    atención efectiva; coordinar con Producto para resolver causas raíz.

  • Academia del cliente:
    crear guías, tutoriales y base de conocimiento (texto y video).

  • Optimización continua:
    relevar insights, proponer mejoras y documentar procesos.

  • Reporte:
    presentar semanalmente KPIs y avances de cuentas.

KPIs clave

  • Tiempo de onboarding (firma → go-live)
  • % de cuentas activas a 30 días
  • Churn mensual/trimestral
  • NPS / CSAT

    en Customer Success / Implementación / Soporte en

  • Enfoque en datos: churn, NPS/CSAT, adopción 30 días, SLA.

  • Comunicación clara,
