Tu objetivo principal será:

Realizar monitoreo, encontrarás hallazgos y brindarás feedback que generen una mejora en la gestión para generar una experiencia INcreíble.


¿Cómo lo lograrás?

  • Realizarás monitoreo y evaluación de audios en Banca Telefónica y tickets en whatsapp validando el correcto uso de protocolos de atención.
  • Cuantificarás los hallazgos evidenciados en las revisiones.
  • Brindarás soporte y feedback sobre las llamadas y tickets auditados.
  • Harás seguimiento a los asesores sobre los puntos a mejorar.
  • Calibrarás categorías Speech Analytics.
  • Detectarás motivos de insatisfacción de nuestros clientes y propondrás mejoras en los procesos.
  • Darás retroalimentación a los Supervisores, Asesores y Analistas de procesos sobre oportunidades de mejoras que fueron detectadas.
  • Elaborarás y presentarás informes semanales y mensuales de la evolución de la calidad de las atenciones.
  • ¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Ser egresado o estudiante universitario desde 8° ciclo de las carreras de Administración de Empresas, Educación, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
  • Conocimientos de presentaciones efectivas, comunicación a todo nivel, técnicas de entrenamiento.
  • Experiencia en análisis de resultados de evaluaciones para determinar planes de acción o mejoras en capacitación.
  • Office a nivel intermedio.
