Para destacar como Analista de Datos Junior deberás:

  • Ser egresado técnico y/o universitario en Ing.

    de Sistemas o afines.

  • Tener experiencia de 2 a 3 años en gestión de soporte TI y mesa de ayuda.

  • Poseer conocimiento indispensable en Service Desk Plus, ServiceNow, SDP y suite ofimática de Microsoft.

  • Adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías y enfoques innovadores para maximizar tu impacto.

Tus responsabilidades serán:

  • Gestionar y supervisar las solicitudes de soporte a través de herramientas como Service Desk Plus (Management Engine) y ServiceNow.

  • Administrar y dar soporte a plataformas de colaboración como Zoom, Teams y salas de conferencia.

  • Liderar y coordinar al equipo de mesa de ayuda, asegurando el cumplimiento de niveles de servicio (SLA).

  • Brindar soporte técnico a usuarios internos, garantizando una actitud de servicio y resolución efectiva de incidencias.
