Gerente de Experiencia del Cliente Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring INNOVATECH SOLUTIONS


Job description

Buscamos un profesional con amplia trayectoria en gestión de la experiencia del cliente dentro del sector retail y comercio electrónico.

Será responsable de diseñar, implementar y optimizar estrategias que aseguren una experiencia de compra ágil, personalizada y de alto impacto en todos los canales digitales y presenciales de la empresa.

Funciones principales:

  • Liderar el área de Experiencia del Cliente, asegurando altos estándares de satisfacción y fidelización.

  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de mejora continua en todos los puntos de contacto con el cliente.

  • Analizar métricas de NPS, CES, CSAT y otros indicadores clave de experiencia.

  • Coordinar con las áreas de operaciones, marketing, logística y postventa para garantizar un servicio integral.

  • Desarrollar proyectos de innovación orientados a la personalización y omnicanalidad.

  • Gestionar equipos multidisciplinarios, fomentando la cultura de servicio y orientación al cliente.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en Administración, Marketing, Psicología Organizacional, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 8 años en gestión de experiencia del cliente en retail o comercio electrónico (indispensable).

  • Conocimiento avanzado de metodologías de Customer Journey Mapping, Design Thinking y CRM.

  • Manejo de indicadores de satisfacción y herramientas de analítica.

  • Inglés avanzado (deseable).

  • Alta capacidad de liderazgo, visión estratégica y enfoque en resultados.
