Especialista de Soporte TI – Nivel 2 Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring Berlitz Centers del Perú S.A.C

Únete al equipo de Berlitz Perú
Buscamos un/a Especialista de Soporte TI – Nivel 2.

Modalidad: Híbrido

Alcance: Soporte regional (4 países de la franquicia)

Principales funciones:

  • Brindar soporte nivel 2 en hardware y software a usuarios de los 4 países de la franquicia.

  • Dar mantenimiento y soporte a base de datos SQL Server, asegurando la resolución de inconsistencias y problemas.

  • Administrar y dar soporte en AWS (S3, EC2, VPC, RDS).

  • Crear y administrar correos corporativos en Office 365.

  • Gestionar accesos y permisos mediante Directorio Activo.

  • Desarrollar macros en Excel avanzado y generar documentos automatizados en Word.

  • Dar soporte básico en CRM HubSpot.

  • Administrar plataforma Office 365 (flujos de correos, reglas de seguridad, permisos).

  • Administrar servidores: Directorio Activo, SQL Server, SSRS e IIS.

  • Implementar y dar soporte en telefonía IP (PBX, troncales, números SIP).

Requisitos:

  • Formación: Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2–3 años en posiciones similares de soporte TI.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Soporte a nivel 2 (hardware y software).

  • SQL Server (mantenimiento, consultas, SSRS, IIS).

  • AWS (S3, EC2, VPC, RDS).

  • Office 365 (administración avanzada).

  • Excel avanzado (macros, automatización).

  • Directorio Activo y control de accesos.

  • Telefonía IP.

  • HubSpot (deseable).
