Ejecutivo/a de Contact Center Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring Prima AFP

Es por ello que nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a:

Ejecutivo/a de Contact Center - Contrato Temporal por 1 - 2 meses

Funciones:

  • Brindar asesoría, requisitos, procesos, flujos, etc.

    a los clientes en todos los temas del SPP.

  • Analizar y brindar solución a las consultas realizadas a través de nuestro canal telefónico, en relación a los diversos trámites realizados por los afiliados, beneficiarios u otros.

  • Acompañar al cliente en el registro de su trámite en nuestra Agencia virtual, así como realizar seguimiento al mismo.

  • Acompañar al cliente y enseñar a que se auto atienda en sus requerimientos a través de nuestros canales digitales.

  • Registrar la tipología de todas las llamadas recibidas en el Sistema de Contacto.

  • Resolver consultas de los afiliados, relacionadas al retiro extraordinario de fondos
  • Registrar reclamos relacionados con el flujo SPP

Requisitos:

  • Técnico o universitario trunco de Administración, Marketing o afines.

  • Experiencia de 6 meses a más en Call Center – Atención al Cliente (atención de consultas, solicitudes).

  • Experiencia en atención al cliente en AFPs, bancos, o aseguradoras.

    (Deseable)
  • Contar con disponibilidad para trabajar en contrato temporal por 1 -2 meses.

  • Indispensable: Contar con disponibilidad para trabajar remoto de lunes a viernes de 8am a 5pm.
