Propósito del rol

Serás la
primera línea comercial
para los leads generados por campañas digitales.

Tu objetivo es
convertir leads en citas de alto potencial (shows)
y
empujar la decisión de compra
con un seguimiento consultivo, trabajando de la mano con un equipo dedicado.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Prospección y calificación
    de leads entrantes: detectar necesidad, urgencia y encaje con el servicio.

  • Agendamiento con enfoque comercial:
    fijar la cita en el mejor slot para maximizar asistencia y cierre.

  • Nurturing y seguimiento
    (llamadas, WhatsApp, SMS, email) a leads indecisos o no contactados.

  • Manejo de objeciones
    frecuentes (precio, tiempo, dudas clínicas) con guías y scripts.

  • Reconfirmaciones y shows:
    asegurar asistencia a la cita, reducir no-shows y reprogramar oportunamente.

  • Registro impecable en CRM:
    cada contacto, estado del lead, resultado de llamada y motivo de pérdida.

  • Colaboración con Operaciones y Marketing:
    feedback de calidad de leads y propuestas para mejorar la conversión.

Requisitos

    CRM
    o sistemas de agendamiento (deseable).

  • Setup remoto propio:
    computadora, audífonos y micrófono
    , buen internet.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma
    autónoma
    y cumplir metas comerciales.
