    No tiene (coordina con proveedores, staff y equipos internos)

    Presencial / híbrido / remoto (según empresa y tipo de evento)

Misión del Puesto

Planificar, coordinar y ejecutar eventos corporativos, sociales y promocionales de la empresa, garantizando la calidad, cumplimiento de objetivos y satisfacción de clientes y asistentes.

Funciones Principales

  1. Diseñar propuestas de eventos según los objetivos de la empresa o cliente.

  2. Coordinar logística integral (locación, catering, sonido, iluminación, decoración, transporte, seguridad, etc.).

  3. Negociar y gestionar contratos con proveedores y aliados estratégicos.

  4. Coordinar con el área comercial y de marketing para alinear los eventos con campañas de comunicación.

  5. Elaborar cronogramas de ejecución y checklists de control.

  6. Supervisar la instalación, desarrollo y desmontaje de los eventos.

  7. Atender y resolver incidentes o imprevistos durante los eventos.

  8. Realizar seguimiento a presupuestos, facturación y control de gastos.

  9. Gestionar bases de datos de invitados, confirmaciones de asistencia y protocolos.

  10. Elaborar informes post-evento con resultados, aprendizajes y recomendaciones.

Perfil del Puesto

Formación Académica:

  • Técnico o universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Hotelería, Turismo, Comunicaciones, Relaciones Públicas o afines.

Experiencia:

  • 1 a 3 años en organización y coordinación de eventos corporativos, sociales o promocionales.

  • Manejo de proveedores y clientes.

Conocimientos y Habilidades:

  • Manejo de herramientas de ofimática (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Conocimientos en marketing, protocolo y etiqueta.

  • Gestión de presupuestos y negociación.

  • Organización y capacidad de multitasking.

  • Creatividad para propuestas innovadoras.

  • Manejo de imprevistos bajo presión.
