Propósito del rol

Liderar, coordinar y optimizar la gestión administrativa, financiera y operativa de la organización, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos, el crecimiento sostenido de los ingresos y el uso eficiente de los recursos disponibles.

La posición tiene a su cargo la supervisión de diversas áreas de soporte —como finanzas, mantenimiento, seguridad, tecnología y gestión comercial— con el propósito de garantizar un funcionamiento integral, eficiente y orientado a resultados.

Asimismo, promueve la implementación de iniciativas que impulsen la sostenibilidad financiera y el desarrollo institucional, manteniendo una mirada estratégica y colaborativa frente a los desafíos operativos y comerciales del centro.

Responsabilidades clave

Gestión Comercial y Financiera:

Asegurar el cumplimiento del presupuesto y objetivos financieros del centro, liderar reuniones de resultados (P&L), y gestionar ingresos, gastos e iniciativas comerciales en coordinación con el equipo regional.

Liderazgo de Áreas Clave:

Supervisar las áreas de Admisiones, Marketing, Finanzas, Mantenimiento, Seguridad, Tecnología y Servicios Generales, garantizando un funcionamiento eficiente y alineado con los objetivos institucionales.

Planificación y Desarrollo:

Participar en la definición del presupuesto anual, planes de inversión e infraestructura, y en el desarrollo de nuevos proyectos e ingresos complementarios.

Promoción e Imagen Institucional:

Apoyar las acciones de posicionamiento del centro, colaborando en la captación y retención de estudiantes y fortaleciendo la relación con las familias.

Gestión Operativa y de Cumplimiento:

Velar por el cumplimiento de normativas legales, protocolos de seguridad, y la correcta administración de contratos, proveedores e infraestructura.

Habilidades, calificaciones y experiencia

  • Profesional titulado/a en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años liderando áreas administrativas, financieras u operativas, idealmente en el sector educativo, servicios o instituciones de gran envergadura.

  • Conocimiento sólido en gestión financiera, presupuestos, control de gastos y análisis de resultados (P&L).

  • Experiencia en gestión comercial, proyectos de expansión o desarrollo de ingresos complementarios.

  • Habilidad para liderar equipos multidisciplinarios y coordinar distintas áreas bajo una visión institucional.

  • Enfoque en eficiencia operativa, servicio al cliente interno y mejora continua.

  • Manejo intermedio o avanzado de Excel y herramientas de gestión.

  • Deseable nivel de inglés intermedio.
