Customer Success Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring Indigital Solutions

INDIGITAL está en búsqueda de un Customer Success

En
INDIGITAL,
una startup en expansión nacional e internacional, buscamos un Customer Success orientado al servicio, con capacidad para gestionar relaciones sólidas con clientes y contribuir al crecimiento de nuestra plataforma SaaS.

Perfil deseado:

  • Egresado/a técnico o universitario en Psicología, Administración, Comunicaciones, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

  • Más de 2 años de experiencia en
    atención y gestión de cartera de clientes, preferentemente en roles de Customer Success, Ejecutivo Comercial, SDR, BDR o KAM.

  • Conocimiento en RRHH (deseable)
  • Experiencia en ventas o servicios SaaS, idealmente en sectores como recursos humanos, contable, legal o administrativo.

  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y gestión de relaciones.

  • Capacidad analítica para interpretar datos, costos y precios comerciales.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar y fidelizar la cartera de clientes asignada.

  • Resolver incidencias y asegurar una experiencia de servicio de calidad.

  • Promover el uso eficiente de la plataforma y acompañar al cliente en el proceso de adopción.

  • Documentar gestiones en CRM y proponer mejoras en procesos internos.

  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre el producto, la competencia y técnicas de negociación.
