En Indigital estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Analista de Experiencia al Cliente - Customer Success, alguien que disfrute construir relaciones sólidas y transformar la experiencia del cliente en resultados reales.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?


• Egresado técnico o universitario en Psicología, Administración, Comunicaciones, Ingeniería Industrial y afines.


• Experiencia de 2 años como Customer Success, atención postventa, gestión de cartera de cliente (B2B) KAM o afines.


• Experiencia en ventas SaaS en sectores como HR, Contable, Legal o administrativo.

• Habilidades de comunicación, tanto para canales online como en presencial.


• Alto análisis y comprensión de costos y precios.

Tu día a día incluirá:


• Proporcionar acompañamiento posterior a las sesiones de capacitación, manteniendo una comunicación continua durante el proceso de adaptación del cliente a la plataforma para asegurar una transición fluida al uso independiente


• Derivar y dar seguimiento a los problemas reportados por los clientes utilizando nuestras herramientas internas para asegurar una solución ágil.


• Contactar, generar relación, mantener una comunicación continua con los clientes a través de distintos medios para identificar oportunidades, gestionar renovaciones y/o mediar un caso reportado, generando relación y retención con el Cliente.


• Colaborar con diversas áreas, manteniendo una comunicación fluida para mantenerse actualizado sobre los casos que se presenten y asegurar una atención a las necesidades de los clientes.


• Trabajar por los objetivos planteados y diseñados para el puesto.


• Usar el CRM proporcionado por la empresa (Hubspot) para gestionar la relación con los clientes, hacer seguimiento y registrar en el Pipe del Cliente las oportunidades de Post Venta, requerimientos, Up selling y Cross selling.


• Monitorear indicadores mediante la elaboración de reportes para identificar, implementar y coordinar mejoras en la experiencia de los servicios.


• Impulsar la retención y satisfacción del cliente a través de iniciativas que optimicen el uso de la plataforma/servicio y aseguren su fidelización.


• Capacitarse continuamente en producto, procesos, competencia, herramientas y estrategias de negociación.


• Elaborar y presentar reportes específicos.
