ROL

Como
Customer Service Specialist
serás el/la
primer/a punto de contacto
para nuestros restaurantes y usuarios.

  • Resolverás consultas y reclamos vía chat, email y teléfono.

  • Darás seguimiento a cada caso hasta la resolución.

  • Colaborarás con Tecnología, Marketing, Ventas y Diseño.

  • Ayudarás a capacitar a restaurantes y mejorar su experiencia en la plataforma.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Escuchar y gestionar consultas, requerimientos y reclamos de nuestros restaurantes afiliados y usuarios.

  • Atención de chat, email y teléfono en todas nuestras plataformas.

  • Dar seguimiento a cada caso hasta su completa resolución.

  • Recopilar feedback de usuarios y restaurantes para sugerir mejoras en nuestras plataformas.

  • Gestionar las solicitudes de los clientes de manera oportuna y con información precisa, coordinando junto con las áreas correspondientes
  • Brindar capacitaciones sobre plataforma a restaurantes y brindar apoyo al área comercial.

  • Creación de cartas para nuestros restaurantes afiliados al sistema de pedidos online.


REQUISITOS

  • Egresado/a de las carreras de hotelería, administración hotelera, administración de restaurantes, gastronomía, turismo u otras carreras afines (incluyendo administración, comunicaciones, psicología organizacional, etc.).

  • Experiencia previa en empresas enfocadas en hospitalidad (por ejemplo: Starbucks, Hoteles, Agencias de Viaje, Aerolíneas, etc.).

  • MS Office, Calendar, Canva, Slack, ChatGPT, Zendesk.

  • Inglés intermedio (avanzado es un plus).

  • Portugués = Súper plus.


HORARIO

  • 48 horas a la semana
  • Horarios rotativos incluyendo sábados, domingos y/o feriados.

  • 1 hora de refrigerio.
