Objetivo del puesto:
Dirigir y supervisar estratégicamente el área de Gestión de Talento Humano, asegurando la captación, desarrollo y fidelización del talento voluntario, siempre alineado con la misión y valores de REMENTE.


Requisitos:
Titulado en Psicología, Administración, RRHH o carreras afines.

Cursos o diplomados en Gestión del Talento, Liderazgo, Planeamiento Estratégico o Clima Laboral.


Habilidades y competencias:
Liderazgo transformacional y orientado a resultados

Pensamiento estratégico y toma de decisiones

Resolución de conflictos y negociación

Comunicación asertiva y trabajo colaborativo

Compromiso, responsabilidad y adaptabilidad


Conocimientos técnicos:
Manejo intermedio/avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).

Conocimiento en selección, capacitación, onboarding, clima organizacional y gestión por competencias.

Manejo básico de plataformas de gestión de talento o LMS (deseable).


Experiencia:
Al menos 2 años liderando equipos o áreas de Gestión de Talento Humano, preferiblemente en voluntariados, proyectos sociales o sin fines de lucro.


Responsabilidades:

  • Formular y supervisar el Plan Operativo Anual (POA) de Gestión de Talento Humano.

  • Liderar reuniones de seguimiento con métricas claras e indicadores de desempeño.

  • Evaluar y aprobar propuestas y planes de acción.

  • Actualizar manuales y protocolos internos.

  • Ser puente entre el área de GTH y otras áreas para facilitar la comunicación.

  • Monitorear el clima organizacional y necesidades de capacitación.

  • Fomentar una cultura de excelencia, innovación y bienestar.

  • Elaborar informes periódicos de gestión.
