Job description

  • REQUISITOS:
  • Comunicación: Hablar claro y con tono profesional, además de escribir correctamente.

FUNCIONES:

  1. Recepción y gestión de llamadas

  2. Atender llamadas entrantes de clientes que solicitan un taxi.

  3. Registrar con precisión la dirección de recogida y destino.

  4. Confirmar el tiempo estimado de llegada del taxi.

  5. Asignación de servicios

  6. Utilizar un sistema (automatizado) para asignar el taxi disponible más cercano.

  7. Coordinar con los conductores vía radio.

  8. Seguimiento de servicios

  9. Monitorear en tiempo real el estado del viaje (en camino, en espera, finalizado).

  10. Dar seguimiento a servicios pendientes o en curso.

  11. Resolver problemas durante el viaje (retrasos, cancelaciones, quejas).

  12. Atención al cliente

  13. Resolver dudas, quejas o sugerencias de los clientes.

  14. Ofrecer un trato cordial y profesional.

  15. Registrar incidencias para su seguimiento posterior.

  16. Soporte a los conductores

  17. Asistir a los conductores en caso de problemas con pasajeros, direcciones, fallas mecánicas, etc.

  18. Confirmar asignaciones de viaje y resolver conflictos entre conductores por servicios.

  19. Gestión de reservas

  20. Tomar reservas anticipadas (por hora o fecha futura).

  21. Confirmar y programar viajes recurrentes (ej.

    traslados al aeropuerto).

  22. Control de flota

  23. Tener visibilidad del estado de cada taxi: disponible, ocupado, fuera de servicio.

  24. Registrar el inicio y fin de turno de cada conductor.

  25. Registro y reporte de datos

  26. Registrar todos los servicios realizados (hora, conductor, cliente, monto).

  27. Generar reportes diarios/semanales de actividad, ingresos, y rendimiento.

  • Asegurar que todos los conductores cuenten con la documentación en regla.

  • Cumplir con las normativas locales de transporte y protección al consumidor
