Responsabilidades


Business Development Manager – Sector Fotovoltaico (Perú)

Ubicación: Perú (con disponibilidad para viajes nacionales e internacionales)

Funciones principales

  • Identificación y creación de oportunidades de negocio en el sector fotovoltaico, impulsando la apertura de nuevos mercados y consolidando la presencia en los ya existentes.

  • Análisis de mercado y definición de estrategia comercial:

    • Mercados objetivo: investigación, segmentación y desarrollo de estrategias de entrada y crecimiento.

    • Competencia: análisis de competidores en productos, proyectos, servicios y recursos para identificar ventajas competitivas.

    • Clientes: identificación, análisis y segmentación de clientes clave.

  • Gestión de relaciones estratégicas: mantener, fortalecer y desarrollar vínculos con clientes clave, desarrolladores, asesores técnicos y stakeholders del sector, con el fin de generar nuevas oportunidades, impulsar el crecimiento y asegurar la fidelización.

  • Alianzas estratégicas: establecer y consolidar colaboraciones con diferentes actores del sector fotovoltaico para maximizar las oportunidades de negocio.

  • Branding y visibilidad de marca: en coordinación con el equipo de marketing, potenciar la presencia de la compañía en ferias, eventos, redes sociales (LinkedIn, web, etc.) y otros canales, asegurando la máxima exposición y posicionamiento en el mercado.


Requisitos


Requisitos

  • Formación académica: Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o similar.

    Se valorará formación de posgrado (MBA o equivalente).

  • Experiencia mínima: 5-6 años en áreas comerciales o de desarrollo de negocio dentro del sector fotovoltaico.

    Se priorizará experiencia en fabricantes y EPC.

  • Idiomas: inglés avanzado indispensable; otros idiomas serán valorados.

  • Disponibilidad total para viajes nacionales e internacionales.

  • Conocimiento profundo del mercado fotovoltaico peruano y del Cono Sur, así como de sus principales actores.

  • Competencias clave:

    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y cierre de acuerdos.

    • Capacidad de trabajar con autonomía, dinamismo y fuerte orientación a resultados.

    • Visión estratégica y mentalidad de crecimiento.
