Job description

Somos la empresa FORMAVENA, una empresa service que trabaja directamente con la empresa BACKUS a nivel nacional, brindando servicios logísticos en sus diferentes plantas industriales y centros de distribución.

Estamos en búsqueda de 1 Asistente de Recursos Humanos para TRUJILLO

FUNCIONES:

  • Registrar y mantener actualizada la documentación laboral de cada colaborador, garantizando su archivo ordenado y digitalizado según políticas internas.

  • Procesar oportunamente la nómina semanal, quincenal y/o mensual, según la modalidad de contrato, asegurando precisión en los cálculos de haberes, descuentos y aportes.

  • Recepcionar, verificar, registrar y archivar los reportes de asistencia del personal en el sistema de nómina, asegurando la precisión y oportunidad de los datos para el correcto procesamiento de pagos.

  • Brindar atención al personal sobre temas de sueldos, deducciones, beneficios y otras consultas relacionadas con la nómina.

  • Elaborar y gestionar documentos laborales, como contratos, adendas, memorándums, y asegurar su firma, distribución y archivo correspondiente.

  • Declarar mensualmente la planilla a través del sistema PLAME, asegurando el cumplimiento de obligaciones ante la SUNAT.

  • Realizar altas, bajas o modificaciones de datos del trabajador en el T-Registro, incluyendo información laboral, educativa y de seguridad social.

  • Coordinar y hacer seguimiento a la renovación y vigencia de documentos obligatorios, como antecedentes policiales, carnets de sanidad, certificados médicos, exámenes ocupacionales, entre otros.

  • Realizar seguimiento al levantamiento de observaciones y/o interconsulta de los resultados de los exámenes médicos ocupacionales.

  • Emitir documentos laborales como certificados de trabajo, cartas de despido, cartas de agradecimiento u otros requeridos por la organización.

  • Recopilar, clasificar y atender requerimientos de información laboral, ya sea de usuarios internos, clientes externos o entidades reguladoras garantizando la confidencialidad de los datos.

  • Registrar y mantener actualizada la base de datos del personal, asegurando consistencia y trazabilidad de la información.

  • Realizar el seguimiento y control de las vacaciones del personal, verificando saldos, programaciones y cumplimiento de los períodos establecidos, y coordinando su registro oportuno en el sistema de nómina.

  • Elaborar, registrar y dar seguimiento a los memorándums emitidos, asegurando su adecuada comunicación, recepción por parte del colaborador y archivo correspondiente.

  • Otras funciones que le asigne su jefe superior de acuerdo a las necesidades del servicio.

REQUISITOS:

  • Bachiller/Titulado en Administración, Derecho, Ingeniería Industrial

  • Experiencia 2 años a más en puestos similares

  • Excelentes habilidades organizativas y negociación

  • Conocimiento en Legislación Laboral, Gestión y Desarrollo estratégico de Recursos Humanos.

  • Office a nivel usuario: Excel intermedio (tablas, macros, formulas, etc.), Ppt, Word, Power Bi
