Job description

El Asistente de Operaciones de Clínica apoya el buen funcionamiento de la clínica combinando funciones de recepción, tareas administrativas, coordinación de pacientes y soporte operativo.

Este rol garantiza una excelente experiencia para los pacientes, un flujo de trabajo diario eficiente y el cumplimiento de los procesos administrativos y financieros.

Responsabilidades Principales

1.

Recepción e Interacción con Pacientes:

  • Recibir y dar la bienvenida a los pacientes de manera profesional y cordial.

  • Gestionar el check-in y check-out de los pacientes.

  • Atender el teléfono de la clínica, WhatsApp y otros canales de comunicación.

  • Programar, confirmar y reprogramar citas.

  • Cobrar pagos mediante POS, Yape, efectivo o transferencia bancaria.

Tareas Administrativas y Financieras:

  • Emitir boletas y facturas a través de SUNAT (cumplimiento diario y mensual).

  • Mantener registros precisos de pacientes y pagos.

  • Reportar los ingresos diarios al director de la clínica.

  • Portar y gestionar el teléfono de la empresa dentro y fuera del horario de la clínica para coordinar citas y seguimiento de pagos.

3.

Apoyo a Pacientes:

  • Brindar instrucciones claras a los pacientes sobre hierbas prescritas y tratamientos.

  • Transmitir las consultas de los pacientes al director de la clínica y proporcionar información de seguimiento.

  • Orientar a los pacientes sobre los servicios generales de la clínica.

4.

Operaciones de la Clínica:

  • Coordinar la compra de insumos (agujas, materiales de la clínica, artículos de oficina, etc.).

  • Recibir entregas y gestionar el inventario básico.

  • Mantener limpia y organizada el área de recepción y la sala de espera (orden básico, no labores de limpieza profunda).

5.

Comunicaciones y Apoyo en Marketing:

  • Responder consultas de pacientes vía WhatsApp y teléfono.

  • Monitorear y responder mensajes y comentarios en redes sociales.

  • Apoyar en la gestión de grupos de WhatsApp, publicar novedades de la clínica y recordar a los pacientes sobre eventos.

  • Colaborar en programas de fidelización de pacientes, manteniendo una base de datos de pacientes recurrentes y enviando recordatorios de cumpleaños o seguimientos.

6.

Enlace con Laboratorios:

  • Coordinar órdenes de laboratorio y dar seguimiento a los resultados.

  • Asegurar que los pacientes reciban los resultados e instrucciones de laboratorio de manera oportuna.

Compensación:

  • Sueldo Base: S/1300
  • Asignación por disponibilidad de teléfono: S/400
  • Bonos por desempeño: según volumen de pacientes (acuerdo previo).

  • Compensación Total: Aprox.

    S/1800–2100/mes (dependiendo del desempeño).

Horario:

  • Lunes: 8:30 – 19:00
  • Martes: 13:30 – 19:00
  • Miércoles: 8:30 – 13:30
  • Jueves: 8:30 – 19:00
  • Viernes: 13:30 – 19:00
  • Sábado: 8:30 – 13:30

Almuerzo: lunes y jueves de 12:30 a 13:30

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: A partir de S/.1,400.00 al mes

Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
