Job description

Objetivo del Puesto

Brindar soporte directo a la Gerencia en la gestión administrativa, comercial y operativa de la empresa, además de cumplir funciones de recepción y atención al cliente, asegurando un servicio profesional, organizado y eficiente en todas las comunicaciones internas y externas.

Funciones principales

Gestión administrativa y financiera

  • Realizar facturas y recibos por honorarios de oficina y obra.

  • Enviar mensualmente las facturas al contador.

  • Hacer seguimiento al pago de facturas.

  • Llevar registro de caja chica y realizar compras para la oficina.

  • Solicitar documentos en SUNARP.

  • Hacer seguimiento de contratos diversos (captaciones, personal, proveedores).

Gestión operativa y de soporte a agentes

  • Registrar en el calendario y cuadro de seguimiento las visitas de los agentes.

  • Actualizar cuadros de propiedades nuevas y de segunda.

  • Subir y actualizar las propiedades publicadas en portales inmobiliarios (Urbania y otros).

  • Realizar tasaciones y cotizaciones para los agentes.

  • Elaborar brochures de Home Inversiones cuando se lancen proyectos nuevos o de constructoras.

Gestión de oficina y soporte general

  • Coordinar la limpieza de la oficina y mantenerla en orden.

  • Organizar y custodiar documentación, contratos, actas y archivos de la empresa.

  • Atender y canalizar llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos y visitas a la oficina.

  • Apoyar en la organización de eventos, capacitaciones y presentaciones.

  • Brindar soporte en campañas de marketing y redes sociales junto con el equipo.

  • Apoyar en tareas administrativas generales por el buen funcionamiento de la empresa.

  • Realizar todas las funciones adicionales asignadas por la Gerencia.

Gestión de apoyo a la Gerencia

  • Gestionar la agenda de la Gerencia, coordinar reuniones y elaborar reportes ejecutivos.

  • Apoyar en la planificación, seguimiento y control de proyectos inmobiliarios.

  • Elaborar reportes de ventas y dar seguimiento a leads y métricas comerciales.

  • Coordinar la comunicación con clientes, proveedores y aliados estratégicos.

Perfil ideal

Formación:

  • Egresado(a) o estudiante de últimos ciclos de Administración, Secretariado Ejecutivo, Gestión Empresarial, Marketing o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

  • Mínimo 1–2 años en puestos similares (asistente de gerencia, secretaría, recepción o soporte administrativo).

  • Deseable experiencia en inmobiliarias, constructoras o empresas de servicios.

Conocimientos:

  • Manejo de herramientas de oficina (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).

  • Conocimientos básicos en gestión comercial y marketing digital.

  • Deseable manejo de CRM o softwares de gestión inmobiliaria.

Competencias personales:

  • Organización y atención al detalle.

  • Excelente trato y comunicación asertiva.

  • Proactividad y capacidad de resolución de problemas.
