Job description

Requisitos:

  • Técnico(a) en Administración, Contabilidad o carreras afines.

  • Conocimientos intermedios de Microsoft Office (especialmente Excel).

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en Recursos Humanos.

  • Conocimiento en selección de personal, gestión de planillas, T-Registro y trámites de RR.HH.

  • Disponibilidad inmediata para laborar a tiempo completo.

Funciones:

  • Atender quejas y reclamos.

  • Elaborar informes y reportes asignados.

  • Coordinar y ejecutar procesos de selección, contratación e ingreso de personal.

  • Gestionar y archivar documentación de colaboradores.

  • Controlar vencimientos de contratos y registrar cambios en T-Registro.

  • Archivar boletas de pago y controlar el seguro de vida ley.

  • Redactar, archivar y revisar documentos administrativos.

  • Colaborar en tareas adicionales según lo indicado por su jefe.

  • Capacidad para resolver problemas, tomar decisiones y trabajar en equipo.
