JOB DESCRIPTION

Brindar soporte administrativo(Backoffice) - mesa de ayuda eficiente en la gestión de solicitudes técnicas, coordinación con proveedores y clientes, y seguimiento de incidencias, asegurando una atención oportuna y de calidad en un entorno dinámico y exigente.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

 Gestión de Mesa de Ayuda: Recepción, registro y seguimiento de solicitudes técnicas de clientes corporativos y entidades gubernamentales.

 Coordinación con Proveedores: Canalizar requerimientos y coordinar respuestas con proveedores externos para garantizar tiempos de atención adecuados.

 Programación de Visitas Técnicas: Organizar y confirmar visitas técnicas, asegurando disponibilidad de recursos y cumplimiento de cronogramas.

 Revisión Documentaria: Verificar la correcta recepción, archivo y actualización de documentación técnica y administrativa.

 Seguimiento de Averías: Monitorear el ciclo completo de atención de averías, desde la apertura del caso hasta su resolución final.

 Registro de Actividades Técnicas: Mantener actualizadas las anotaciones sobre ubicación y estado de los técnicos asignados a cada caso.

️ Comunicación Efectiva: Facilitar la interacción entre clientes, técnicos y proveedores, asegurando claridad, empatía y resolución oportuna.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

 Formación Académica: Estudios técnicos en Administración, Contabilidad o carreras afines (pueden estar inconclusos).

️ Experiencia Laboral: Mínimo 3 meses de experiencia como digitador, atención al cliente o en funciones administrativas similares.

 Proactividad: Capacidad para anticiparse a problemas, tomar iniciativa y aportar soluciones.

 Conocimiento de Ofimática: Manejo de herramientas como Excel, Word, Outlook y plataformas de gestión.

 Trabajo bajo Presión: Habilidad para mantener el rendimiento y la calidad en entornos exigentes.

 Compromiso y Responsabilidad: Cumplimiento de tareas con seriedad, puntualidad y enfoque en resultados.

️ Facilidad de Comunicación: Buen trato con clientes, proveedores y equipo interno; claridad y empatía en la interacción.

 Disponibilidad Horaria:

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario rotativo bajo modalidad 24/7.
  • El rango de turnos diurnos comprende desde las 7:00 a.m. hasta las 11:00 p.m.
  • El turno nocturno se extiende desde las 10:00 p.m. hasta las 7:00 a.m. del día siguiente.
