Asistente Administrativa de Compras Job Opening In San José de los Chorrillos – Now Hiring Krear 3D


Job description

Presencial | Lima, Perú
Horario: Lunes a viernes de 9am a 6pm y sábados de 9am a 1pm.

¿Te apasiona la organización, el seguimiento de compras y el manejo administrativo?
En Krear 3D, empresa líder en la comercialización de tecnología como impresoras 3D, cortadoras láser, filamentos y soluciones afines, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una Asistente Administrativa de Compras.

Este rol tiene como función principal el seguimiento y control de facturas por pagar, asegurando la correcta gestión documental y soporte administrativo en la gestión de compras y coordinación con proveedores.

Funciones:

  • Registrar y archivar las facturas por pagar, en coordinación con el área administrativa.

  • Verificar que los documentos de compra (facturas, guías, órdenes) cumplan con los requisitos tributarios y procedimientos internos.

  • Elaborar órdenes de compra y gestionar su aprobación correspondiente.

  • Realizar el seguimiento de los pedidos, desde la emisión de la OC hasta la recepción de la misma.

  • Solicitar y evaluar cotizaciones, comparando propuestas para determinar la mejor opción.

  • Coordinar con proveedores para confirmar la disponibilidad de productos, precios, fechas de entrega, condiciones de pago y resolver dudas administrativas.

  • Mantener actualizados los registros de compras, órdenes, proveedores, condiciones de pago y cronogramas de vencimiento en el sistema interno.

  • Coordinar con el área de logística la recepción y verificación de productos, garantizando su conformidad.

  • Identificar y reportar incidencias relacionadas con demoras, diferencias en facturación o productos no conformes.

  • Participar activamente en la mejora continua de los procesos de compras.

Requisitos:

  • Egresada de Administración, Contabilidad, Negocios Internacionales o afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en áreas de compras, facturación o cuentas por pagar (deseable).

  • Conocimiento de facturación electrónica y documentos tributarios.

  • Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio.

  • Manejo de ERP (deseable: Odoo)
  • Organización, proactividad y atención a los detalles.
