Job description

Funciones

  • Apoyo a la Gerencia General
  • Preparar la información requerida para las Revisiones por la Dirección y reuniones estratégicas.

  • Coordinar y dar seguimiento a los compromisos de la Alta Dirección.

  • Organizar y priorizar la agenda diaria, reuniones y compromisos del Gerente General.

  • Redactar, revisar y enviar comunicaciones internas y externas a nombre de Gerencia.

  • Mantener la confidencialidad de la información gerencial y estratégica.

  • Coordinación Interáreas y Seguimiento de Gestión
  • Garantizar una comunicación efectiva y constante entre la Gerencia General y la Coordinación de Gestión Empresarial.

  • Coordinar el seguimiento semanal y mensual de las áreas Comercial, Logística, Finanzas, Marketing y Recursos Humanos.

  • Solicitar y consolidar los avances, pendientes e indicadores de cada área.

  • Supervisar y dar seguimiento al levantamiento de observaciones de auditorías internas y externas.

  • Preparar y presentar informes consolidados de gestión interárea a la Gerencia
  • Apoyo en Finanzas y Relaciones con Clientes/Proveedores
  • Apoyar al área de finanzas en el análisis de créditos y control de líneas de crédito por cliente.

  • Realizar el seguimiento y gestión de cobranzas, alertando demoras o incidencias.

  • Responder a clientes y proveedores cuando soliciten información institucional, comercial o administrativa.

  • Revisar y brindar el visto bueno a los costos de cada venta (frecuencia diaria), asegurando la rentabilidad esperada y correcta valorización.

  • Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes financieros y flujos de caja mensuales para Gerencia.

  • Monitoreo de Indicadores y Reportes
  • Consolidar mensualmente los indicadores de gestión (KPIs) de todas las áreas.

  • Elaborar y presentar a Gerencia reportes de avance, alertas y mejoras sugeridas.

  • Verificar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente, según los requisitos de la Trinorma.

  • Mantener actualizado el tablero de control gerencial con información relevante para la toma de decisiones.

  • Apoyo en Sensibilización y Cultura Organizacional
  • Promover la participación activa del personal en capacitaciones, charlas y campañas relacionadas con la Trinorma.

  • Coordinar con RRHH la difusión de políticas, valores corporativos y comunicados oficiales de la Alta Dirección.

  • Velar por la imagen institucional y comunicación interna, asegurando uniformidad en circulares, comunicados y formatos corporativos.

  • Gestión Documental , Auditorías, Apoyo en Sensibilización y Cultura Organizacional
  • Controlar y archivar la documentación Gerencial
  • Promover la participación activa del personal en capacitaciones, charlas y campañas relacionadas con la Trinorma.

  • Coordinar con RRHH la difusión de políticas, Circulares, valores corporativos y comunicados oficiales de la Alta Dirección.

  • Apoyar en la preparación y logística de auditorías internas y externas
  • Otros que la Gerencia Requiera
