Este rol es fundamental para garantizar el óptimo funcionamiento de los proyectos implementados en nuestros clientes, resolviendo incidencias técnicas de forma oportuna y asegurando una experiencia de servicio de alta calidad.

Buscamos a una persona con una fuerte orientación al cliente y habilidades de resolución de problemas.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?
Asistencia Técnica y Resolución de Problemas:

  • Brindar asistencia directa a clientes por plataforma de soporte remoto, telefónicamente, vía correo electrónico y presencial.

  • Resolver problemas técnicos para proyectos implementados y atender consultas especializadas.

  • Controlar el correcto funcionamiento de los proyectos, realizando las acciones necesarias para mantener el estado normal de operación.


Operaciones y Gestión de Infraestructura:

  • Preparar y configurar equipos y/o pantallas.

  • Realizar pruebas de aplicaciones, Hardware y Software.

  • Informar el estado de los equipos a jefatura y gestionar aquellos con tiempos prolongados de desconexión.

  • Apoyar en instalaciones en terreno en caso de ser requerido.


Gestión de Procesos y Documentación:

  • Reunir, consolidar y llevar un registro histórico de información de clientes.

  • Elaborar informes de gestión para clientes e informar el estado de los proyectos.

  • Proponer y ejecutar mejoras en la gestión de procesos de soporte actuales.


Colaboración y Formación:

  • Coordinar visitas de personal en terreno y manejar el inventario interno.

  • Realizar reuniones con equipos TI del cliente y brindar capacitaciones cuando se requiera.

  • Apoyar y colaborar con las distintas áreas de la empresa.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  • Estudios: Técnico o Universitario egresado de la carrera de Informática, Computación, Redes o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia: Mínima de 2 años en puestos similares, trabajando con equipos tecnológicos y en atención al cliente/soporte técnico.

  • Software: Buen manejo de sistemas operativos Windows y Android (Excluyente) y conocimientos generales en computación/informática.

  • Habilidades Clave:
  • Orientación al Cliente: Capacidad para entender y cumplir las necesidades del cliente.

  • Autonomía y Proactividad: Capacidad para tomar la iniciativa y gestionar tareas de forma independiente.
