Empresa del rubro retail se encuentra en búsqueda de un(a) Analista de Atracción del Talento que garantice el cumplimiento de las políticas y procesos de selección, alcanzando óptimos estándares de cobertura, rapidez en el proceso y asegurando la mejor experiencia al candidato.

Principales retos:

  • Asegurar la integridad en todo el ciclo de selección (publicación, filtro, entrevistas y cierre).

  • Asesorar a líderes internos en la toma de decisiones.

  • Velar por contrataciones sin incidencias a través de los sistemas de gestión.

  • Acompañar al equipo de selección en procesos de corporativos y masivos.

  • Monitorear indicadores de selección y rotación, proponiendo acciones preventivas y correctivas.

  • Participar en auditorías, aperturas de nuevas operaciones y proyectos transversales.

  • Contribuir activamente a la estrategia de marca empleadora.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • Bachiller en Administración, Psicología, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 02 años en posiciones similares.

  • Experiencia en procesos de selección de perfiles estratégicos y especializados.

  • Deseable conocimiento en herramientas de visualización de datos (Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.).

  • Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Office.
