Descripción del puesto

Como Office Manager en JG LAW PLLC, serás responsable de dar soporte administrativo y contable a la firma, asegurando el control de contratos, la gestión de facturas, los pagos recurrentes y la elaboración de reportes básicos.

Este rol es clave para garantizar la eficiencia financiera y la correcta coordinación con las áreas legal y atención al cliente.

Funciones principales


• Elaborar y gestionar contratos


• Preparar y ejecutar pagos de la nómina.


• Mantener un orden y control de facturas recibidas.


• Recibir y procesar pagos de clientes y proveedores.


• Coordinar con el área administrativa y legal para garantizar la correcta aplicación de pagos y registros contables.


• Preparar reportes básicos de ingresos, egresos y conciliaciones de cuentas.


• Apoyar en procesos de auditoría interna y control administrativo.

Requisitos


• Título en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración o carreras afines.


• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en funciones administrativas/contables.


• Conocimientos en:

o Facturación y control de cuentas.

o Nómina y conciliaciones bancarias, manejo de multiples cuentas en palarelo.

o Procesos de cobros y pagos.


• Manejo de sistemas contables y herramientas digitales (Excel avanzado, banca en línea)


• Conocimiento intermedio en Quickbooks o Flex.

• Inglés avanzado: comprensión escrita, redacción y comunicación oral fluida.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar en jornada completa 9am a 6pm bajo modalidad remota.
