Responsibilities and more:

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee assigned client accounts, ensuring smooth end-to-end execution of orders.

  • Review, edit, and process incoming orders on the platform with high accuracy.

  • Route orders to appropriate vendors and monitor fulfilment workflows.

  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely production and delivery.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and handling escalations (e.g., delays, product issues).

  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.

  • Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure all order details are accurate.

  • Track progress against project milestones and deadlines.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in account and fulfilment management.

  • Prioritize vendor-side account management, ensuring reliable and scalable vendor performance.

Requirements

Non-Negotiables:

  • 2–4 years experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products/Branded Merchandise.

  • Must have at least 1+ year of experience in branded merchandise or promotional product workflows.

  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).

  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote setting.

  • Must be available to work U.S. business hours (EST/PST).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior B2B account management experience.

  • Experience in merchandise, production, or vendor management.

  • Familiarity with fulfilment workflows and vendor SLAs.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and order/fulfilment systems.
