Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute a growth roadmap for Supply Chain products across the area and verticals.
Identify and prioritize revenue levers such as product bundling, upselling, new customer acquisition, and retention improvement.
Translate strategic objectives into market-specific action plans to close gaps between ROFO and actuals.
Support new product commercialization and launch readiness across Areas (Customer Service, Sales, Product, Finance).
Lead enablement for commercial and operations teams to ensure clear understanding of product features, pricing, and customer value proposition.
Partner with Product, to ensure product readiness, SOP alignment, and tool usability
Track customer feedback and adoption barriers, ensuring inputs feed into the product development backlog.
Develop go-to-market toolkits, training to ensure consistent product/market positioning.
Monitor key business metrics (revenue, GP, EBIT, attach rate, FFE/CBM, cost-to-serve).
Analyze growth performance, identify gaps, and accelerate initiatives to deliver results via new business
Support pipeline health reviews, close-lost analysis, and quarterly performance reviews.
Act as a bridge between customers, Sales, other Product, Customer service, Delivery to align priorities and remove roadblocks.
Partner with Marketing to drive customer testimonials, campaigns, and product storytelling.
Leverage analytics and reporting to drive business decisions (market share).
Competition landscape intelligence
We are looking for:
5–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Product Management, or Business Development.
Proven ability to drive product growth or commercialization in a matrixed organization.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret business data and translate into actions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in process improvement and change management.
Proactive, collaborative, and customer-centric, demonstrating a growth mindset and accountability.
Advanced English Skills.
