We're hiring a Weekends Maintenance Coordinator to manage utility setups/disconnections, billing, and owner communications for our growing portfolio.
Salary: $900 – $1,100 USD (monthly)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage utility bill payments, setups, and disconnections with local providers via phone.
- Create and organize folders in Google Drive to streamline documentation.
- Audit third-party bills to ensure they align with portfolio growth.
- Handle property and business insurance
- Manage property management fees, ensuring accurate records.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding for both properties and owners.
- Collaborate with utility providers, ensuring clear communication and timely resolutions.
- Respond to all maintenance calls on weekends via phone calls, text messages, emails, and the maintenance portal.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and then effectively triage work orders to the correct vendor or our in-house maintenance team.

- Tech-savvy: proficient with Buildium, LeadSimple, Propertymeld, Google Drive, and Microsoft Access.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field (Preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in property management, Customer service, or related role
- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)
Physical Setting: Remote
Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (40 hours per week, with a 1-hour lunch break).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: S/.3, S/.3,855.00 per month
