Horario: Lunes a viernes de 12pm a 10pm

Descripción del puesto

Como Virtual Front Desk (VFD) Coordinator, serás el primer punto de contacto y el acompañamiento constante para nuestros pacientes durante su proceso terapéutico.

Tu rol será clave para garantizar una experiencia fluida, cálida y eficiente desde el primer contacto hasta el alta médica.

Este puesto combina atención al cliente, coordinación administrativa y soporte clínico, asegurando que cada paciente cumpla con su Plan de Atención (Plan of Care) y que los pagos Over The Counter (OTC) se gestionen correctamente en cada sesión.

Responsabilidades clave

Brindar una experiencia excepcional al paciente, superando sus expectativas desde el ingreso hasta el alta.

Asegurar que todos los pacientes lleguen puntualmente a sus citas y completen su Plan de Atención.

Gestionar y recolectar todos los pagos OTC en el momento del servicio, contribuyendo a la sostenibilidad operativa del negocio.

Habilidades y calificaciones

Nivel de inglés avanzado, conversacional y escrito.

Habilidades técnicas (hard skills):

Dominio de sistemas EMR (Electronic Medical Records) y herramientas digitales.

Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente en entornos virtuales.

Habilidades interpersonales (soft skills):

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
