A South Florida–based firm in the financial sector is seeking a
Virtual Administrative Assistant
in Peru.
This is a long-term remote role with a stable international business, ideal for someone who wants to play a key role in a growing professional services firm.
What You'll Do
You will be the right hand to the partners, helping manage the day-to-day operations of the firm.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing emails, calendars, and client communications.
- Preparing and organizing documents, forms, and files.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and maintaining client records.
- Supporting billing, collections, and payment tracking.
- Coordinating with other departments and handling light bookkeeping tasks.
- Researching and handling administrative projects.
What We're Looking For
- You have completed a degree in Business or a similar field and have 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting professional services firms
- You live in Peru and can work business hours: Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Comfort working independently and proactively in a virtual environment.
- If you have experience with bookkeeping or accounting tools like QuickBooks, that's a plus
