Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant.
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, conducting research, handling email correspondence, performing data entry, and providing customer support.
Additional daily tasks may include coordinating meetings, organizing digital files, and preparing reports.
The role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Qualifications

Administrative skills such as scheduling, data entry, and organizing digital files
Customer service and support experience
Research and ability to prepare reports
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with email management and correspondence
Tech-savviness and proficiency with office software
Ability to work independently and remotely
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
Excellent English & Spanish communication skills
Pay Rate
Full-Time (40 hrs/week): $5 - $7 per hour
