Descripción del Puesto:

, busca incorporar a su equipo un(a)
Ingeniero(a) Comercial
con experiencia técnico-comercial para liderar procesos de ventas industriales B2B en sectores como
minería, manufactura e industria alimentaria
.

El puesto es presencial en nuestra oficina ubicada en
Cercado de Lima, Lima
, zona céntrica con acceso a transporte público y vías principales.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar cartera de clientes y desarrollar nuevos negocios.

  • Realizar visitas técnicas, presentaciones y demostraciones de soluciones industriales.

  • Identificar oportunidades de venta de soluciones de automatización.

  • Coordinar con áreas técnicas y de marketing para la preparación de propuestas comerciales.

  • Ejecutar seguimiento postventa para asegurar la fidelización del cliente.

  • Elaborar reportes de ventas y participar en campañas de marketing comercial.

Requisitos:

  • Titulado(a) o egresado(a) en Ingeniería Mecatrónica, Electrónica, Industrial o afines.

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en ventas B2B de soluciones de automatización industrial (PLC, HMI, SCADA, variadores, instrumentación, etc.).

  • Experiencia en sectores industriales como minería, alimentos o manufactura.

  • Dominio de herramientas de ofimática y plataformas colaborativas (Google Workspace: Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).

  • Facilidad de comunicación, habilidades interpersonales y trabajo en equipo.

  • Deseable: cartera de clientes propia y disponibilidad para viajes locales.
